The Nitecore IFE2 has a practical and intuitive user interface, adopting a new generation of SmartRing design. It has a rotary selector with an infinitely variable brightness function, and also comes with a strobe mode. The battery tube is covered in an aggressive knurling which provides a good grip and makes the light extremely durable. The IFE2 implements a practical and easy to use interface which utilizes a combination of a regular push button switch and a magnetic rotary ring. It is equipped with a CREE XP-G R5 LED, and the brightness level can be varied over a very wide range, from 0.003 to 345 lumens.
