After nearly a year of research and development, the first of the 4Sevens Maelstrom line is ready to storm the market!

Typical of 4Seven’s design philosophy of “function over form,” the Maelstrom G5 was conceived with these basic goals:

- One-inch weapon mountable body
- The most advanced LEDs and Optics
- The brightest, farthest projecting solution in a compact, rugged package.
- A highly efficient, top-binned CREE XP-G
- Fine-tuned deep, smooth reflector
- A useful range of over 100 meters

Eight verstible modes of output are accessible by rotating the head. A completely silent 4-point switch allows switching modes without detection, ideal for tactical situations. The most commonly used modes of output placed as the first two positions (tight and immediately loosened) for Max/Strobe and High/Medium.

Generous knurling throughout the entire light ensures confident grip even in the messiest of situations. Removable grip ring, clip and crenated stainless steel strike bezel. A flat black aluminum bezel and grip ring replacement are included.

Shock-mounted battery design fixes the batteries inside to the body of the light, avoiding self-destructive battery movement. The light is ready to be weapon mounted.

Patent-pending anti-rattle design that accomodates both 2xcr123a and 1×18650 without the need of spacers or adaptors. A custom molded holster shaped for the G5 is included - designed to help retain the light in holster even when flap is open.

A tactical ‘clicky’ switch is fully exposed in the tailcap for easy access, even when wearing gloves.

This light is INCREDIBLY small and surprisingly bright for a keychain light of its size. Weighing in at just two-tenths of an ounce (0.2 oz!) and less than 1.5 inches in length this little light puts out an amazing 10 lumens up to a distance of 30 feet. Don’t let its size or price fool you, this is not a toy or a throwaway novelty keychain light!

It was originally designed in collaboration with survival equipment authority Doug Ritter. The PICO Lite is constructed of anodized, 6061 aluminum that is then textured by a sandblasting process. It features a simply yet reliable rotary bezel switch that will not accidentally turn on and is water resistant to IPX4 standard. Aggressive knurling thoughtfully placed on the bezel and body provide for easy on/off operation, even with one hand. Included with the PICO Lite is a split-ring with a mini carabineer clip to secure the light to zippers, backpacks, bungees, virtually anywhere easily accessible when you need extra light.

The PICO Lite features a Japanese made Nichia 5mm White LED that puts out 10 lumens. It is powered by four replaceable LR41 alkaline miniature button cell batteries which have a 5-year shelf life. The batteries are held in a cradle that make battery changes at home or in the field simple. It is available in 5 colors (Black, Red, Green, Titanium, and Blue).
